Previous upload to citrix.com failed code 10

Question

Hi,

 

I have upgrade our XenApp 7.12 environment to version 7.13 and now I get notified, 'Previous upload to citrix.com failed, Uploader failed for reason "Network Failure HTTP error connecting to citrix.com" with code 10' in the Studio and Director

 

The upgrade also installs the latest version of the license service (11.14.0.1) and enabled Call Home. I manually modify the CEIP value in Citrix.opt file on license server and restarted the Controller and license server(#CITRIX CEIP NONE) but the warning remains.

 

Besides the warning, the system works fine.

 

Can you give me any advise to clear the message?

 browse to the folder ...\Citrix\Licensing\LS\resource\usage\ and delete all the existing files in this folder.

 

Then browse to the folder ....\Citrix\licensing\LS\resource\cache\ and delete the file upload_result.xml

 

When done, restart services below in the following order:

  • Citrix Web Services for Licensing
  • Citrix Licensing WMI
  • Citrix Licensing Support Services
  • Citrix Licensing

The error will be dissapeared now in the Citrix Licensing Manager Site, as well as in Citrix Studio (item Licenses) and in Citrix Director.

Does this need to be out of hours or does it not effect people who are logged in when restarting the services?
