Can;t download HDX Optimization Pack

I usually have to retry the download several times before it works.

Is anyone else having trouble downloading from Citrix with this new popup/modal "Download Agreement" they changed on their website?

 

I assume it is more than just the HDX Optimization Pack. Tried two separate networks and of course cleared cache.

Yeah I had to do the same on the old way. They change the agreement popup now and now it does nothing OR it will redirect me back to my account page lol

And lately, I have to logout and log back in before it works.

Apparently i'm having an off day.. It was due to the size of the resolution and the modal popup. Just make sure you have something bigger than 1024x768.. I was trying it from remote servers which had smaller resolutions

OR they changed it already because the modal window appears larger even on smaller screens :-P
