Short answer is no, to change storage that needs to not be in use. You can either migrate VM's to other storage or shut them down so you can make the necessary changes.

Hello, we have 3 x XenServer 6.5 hosts with ISCSI storage and enabled multipath. We want to replace first path with another. The one path work through subnet 172.27.0.0/16 and the second path work through subnet 172.26.3.0/24. The new path must work through subnet 172.26.6.0/24.

# xe sr-param-get param-name=name-description uuid=451b82d5-6c1c-b883-2aa3-66e1429898a7
iSCSI SR [172.27.65.99 (*; LUN 0: bf604024d235bfa77a0495ffe2bf3540: 3352.6 GB (IET))]

# iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets -p 172.27.65.99
172.27.65.99:3260,1 iqn.2012-09.sunlink.xen:coolstorage.lun0
172.26.3.99:3260,1 iqn.2012-09.sunlink.xen:coolstorage.lun0
(third path not yet configured)

# iscsiadm -m session
tcp: [1] 172.26.3.99:3260,1 iqn.2012-09.sunlink.xen:coolstorage.lun0 (non-flash)
tcp: [2] 172.27.65.99:3260,1 iqn.2012-09.sunlink.xen:coolstorage.lun0 (non-flash)

We want to disable IP-address 172.27.65.99

If I understand correctly, at the startup XenServer connects to the repository by IP-address 172.27.65.99. And if we disable this address, host will not be able to connect to the repository at startup?

Is there a way to change the IP-address of storage without reattaching the storage (shutting down all VMs)?

You will need to detach the Storage and re-attach it.
