Hi All,

i am hoping i am not the only one having this issue.

i am unable to launch 2 applications which are related via storefront or via citrix receiver.

i have 2 servers in which both the applications are installed so users can be connected to either of them to launch the application.

when you try to launch the application it says connecting then it disappears.

its definetly not hidden.

servers are ruuning server 2012 r2 and are on xendesktop 7.6.

i do not have this issue on citrix 6.5.

Anand

are you using a proxy server? i recently had a similar issue and it was resolved with

Configure Client-side proxy in Citrix Storefront

With StoreFront, everything is more difficult. No more GUI to change this setting, you need to open the default.ica file located in your web folder:

<Your website path>\App_Data\default.ica
Default path : C:\inetpub\wwwroot\citrix\<storeName>\App_Data\default.ica

Add a line for ProxyType=<value> in both the “WFClient” and “Application” section in the default.ica file.

Documented here: http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX136516
