Director Dashboard doesen't update after installation of 7.11

the Hotfix is working for me as well.

I don´t think this is an DB Problem, because 

1. Restart the CitrixMonitor service fix the problem temporaly

2. I tryed with XenDesktop with SQL 2016 upgarde from 7.9 to 7.11 and 7.11 new installation and SQL Express . On Both is the same issue..

We pulled CDF traces yesterday on Director and Delivery Controllers and sent them for analysis. Hoping we'll hear something by early next week. In the meanwhile we have to keep restarting the Monitor service every day or so.

Same problem here. did an upgrade from 7.9 to 7.11. I hope that there will be a hotfix as soon as possible

Same issue in our environment after upgrade as well. Can someone from Citrix give us an ETA for the fix?

I opened a case and was told there would be no hotfix, but instead they would fix it with the next release coming Q1 2017.

That's a really poor answer from support.

Very especially considering one of the cases is actually marked awaiting hotfix (72070405)

 

I Wonder if Chris has asked for an ETA yet. Seems like there should be a hotfix for a large bug like this.

I am a little disappointed that this is Citrix's answer on the issue obviously an upgrade has to be planned out and is more involved then a hotfix. 7.11 is a fully supported and GA version this should be fixed in 7.11 for all of us that cannot roll out a whole new release right away.

 

Its not like this is a small bug director is a piece that many of us rely on and it just does not work well in 7.11 and should be fixed now not "sometime in Q4".

Agree, they already closed my case without asking permissions to do that...

Added a comment to my support case why they told me in the first place a hotfix was coming and if they can be more precise about the release date of 7.12

Thanks and let's know if the hotfix is working or not.

Currently, the best option is a scheduled restart of the Citrix Monitoring service

I just got the hotfix from citrix and everything is now working correctly in my 7.11 environment
