0 Mike Parlevliet Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 Have you checked the default.ica for your Store to see what proxy type is set to? If it is set to None you would see this error on connections where the browser does use a proxy. Link to comment

If the Citrix server and the user's PC cannot connect on the necessary ports, 2-way communication would be blocked. I'm guessing your proxy server is acting as a firewall as well? You'll either need to add the citrix server(s) as an exception to the user proxy rules so that the users connect directly to it, or you'll need to modify your proxy / firewall server access rules to ensure they allow communication on the required ports. 0 Paul Townsend1709154666 Posted September 12, 2019 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Have the exact same issue after a reboot - It's like it's put the VDA into maintenance mode and not brought it back out (Studio shows it not being in maintenance mode though). Telnet works on all ports, RDP works. Another reboot resolves the issue - Happened on 3 boxes so far after most recent patches. Link to comment
