Deploying Certificates Sometimes Fails - iOS

I'm getting an error during deployment that says, "Mobileconfig sent : Client Certificate (Command preparation failed: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not create mobileconfig Client Certificate) when deploying certificates for a WiFi connection. The issue is that sometimes the deployments succeed using the same credentials to login to Worx. 

Has anybody seen this random failing and figured out what causes it and how to solve the problem?

I never got it to work reliably. Maybe the newer versions of XenMobile have corrected the issue, I'm not sure. We switch to AirWatch and haven't looked back.

Anyone solved this issue? Seeing the same when trying to push an eap WiFi profile. The certificate is generated correctly and also delivered onto the device, but the WiFi profile itself is not. 

In logging I see:

 

Failure
Mobileconfig sent : wifissid (Command preparation failed: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not create mobileconfig wifissid)

"Command preparation failed: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not create mobileconfig wifiprofilename" for the wi-fi profile only, all other profiles work
