Our new 7.5 Environment looks as follows: - 2x Delivery Controller (Delivery Controller, StoreFront, license Server etc..) - 5x VDA Servers with the published Applications
Clients: - Published Desktops / Notebooks with Win7 (maintained and supported by our mother company) - Internet Explorer 9.0 - Citrix Receiver 3.4
Our possibilities are very limited, since we can't install/configure on the Clients any Software (maintained by our mother company) The WebStoreFront doesn't work with IE 9 / Citrix Receiver 3.4 -> Can't start the Application. I've tested with Portable Firefox and it's working but that's not a solution -> Our Company is using IE 9.
In XenApp 6.5 we're using ICA files to Connect to the published Application in the Farm. Is there a possibility to connect with an ICA File or Shortcut to the Site (Farm) in 7.5? Direct Connections to a single Server are working, but we want connect to the Server Site!
