Unable to LogOff User and Session

There is definitely no session ID present in the XenApp console?

How about trying this on the Citrix server affected versus a reboot...

Stop Citrix IMA service
From a command prompt do a “dsmaint recreatelhc”
Start Citrix IMA service
Rediscover in AppCenter

Hello,
I am facing an issue with users session getting hanged in Citrix AppCenter i.e., Under Users* tab I wont see the name of the user but it exists under *Sessions tab. There is no Session ID associated with the hung user account and hence unable to kill the user session. No matter how many times I logoff, the session persists.

If the user tries to access the published app he gets an error of concurrent session, due to the fact that I have a Session limit policy (of 1) set .On the farm server I wont see the users session available.

Right now the only solution is to restart the xenapp server (Farm Server) to get this session released.

Can anyone let me know if there is any way I can killl the session without restartign the server?

I did recreated LHC but still the issue persists. I have attached the screenshot where a user's session is active with no session ID. There should be some way to flush off such user sessions.

If I restart the affected xenapp server then this entry will flush out. I dont want to restart this server as this will be constantly accessed by users.

we have facing issue on cluster server,
Issue:- Every day cluster server Remote Registry Service are Disable on both node, so how to resolve issue pls suggest.
