I cannot access my virtual desktop from Citrix Receiver, version 11.6.0.
My IT admin has configured the system to work on port 443 and has provided me with a .cer file.
I have installed the certificate in the MAC keychain access but when I try to log in I get the error
"Certificate not trusted" - The server might not be secure.
And the system does not let me in.
I need to know where to install the certificate in order for it to be recognized by the Citrix Receiver.
I have also tried with no luck previous versions, 11.5 and 11.4 .

Thanks in advance for your kind answer.

Manually installing .cer files on a PC is is a very bad practice and will lead to many problems in the future.
Talk to your IT Admin and ask them to install a _commercial_ SSL certificate on the server.

Thank you for your suggestion. However this is a pilot and before actually deploying the solution I need to confirm that it works.
