XD 5.6 FP1 with WI
CAG 5 VPX point to WI on controller and set to auth at the CAG.
wondering if anyone has seen the following error when trying to launch a desktop through a CAG?
"Your app is not available. Try again later"
cant seem to see anything in the logs or anything and cant really see anything in the cag debug log.
anyone have any pointers?

Same problem here.
CAG 5.0.4 and Storefront 1.2
Everything is configured correct but apps are not working through CAG.
Launching apps directly from Storefront is working.

Access to AppController resources via CAG 5.x is not supported. CAG 5 already has an End Of Life date in 2014, and there aren't any plans to add any additional features in regards to CloudGateway.
Unless you have local network access (VPN tunnel) to the appcontroller.

Our problem seems to be connected to a time difference in the CAG.
CAG is a CAG 2010 Hardware box with 5.0.4 software.
Through the console we discovered that the time in BIOS is correct.
But we are unable to set the time zone and time settings in the management interface.
If we set time zone to the right setting, time will be 6 hours off our local time.
We have created an RMA on the hardware and are waiting for the reseller.

Update: I had generated a 512bits certificate for the virtual server, i created a new one with 2048b and its working now!

Did you ever get the time zone error fixed? I am having the same problem.
