Getting Launch.ica file when connecting to citrix

I am trying to connect to client machine using online access gateway but being prompted to save launch.ica file when connecting. I have tried options like clearing temp files and adding site to trusted site but doesnt work. please help

IE 9 perhaps? I think it was 9.1.44 that fixed that issue. I haven't noticed it with receiver. Download the latest client for your PC and it should resolve the issue. If you download receiver be sure to uninstall any old ICA clients first.

Which client you are mentioning is it IE or Citrix. Can you forward me the link to download.

I got it working now . I have installed ica plugin by downloading from
http://www.landonline.govt.nz/system-support/software-downloads/citrix-ica-install
and tried to connect again and now it is fine.
