We get the error : "Unable to Launch your application. Contact your help desk with the following information: Cannot connect to the Citrix XenAPP server" Protocol Driver Error

This happens to normal users and domain admins users. There are no AD policies running against the servers.

I have run out of ideas on what to try. I have checked rds licenses. events on both the web interface box and the xen app box and nothing there jumps out.

Anyone have an idea where I can start.

Check this http://forums.citrix...=287671&start=0

I wonder you have Session Reliability enabled, but Server is filtering port 2598. Check that port 2598 is open on XenApp server and you are able to reach that port from client.

This is the netstat on the XENAPPServer.

I also checked that I could conect to the licesing server on 27000

I have also tried adding CGPAddress= to the default.ica to disable session reliability and this doesnt help.
