Unable to access the beta trial

Just to confirm: we found the issue and this should now be resolved.

I had access yesterday to download the beta but now I get your account doesnt permit you to access the requested content....any idea why I cant access the content anymore?

I think citrix have taken the download links down........as many people seem to have the same issue when trying to download the beta....they get a pop up that says not allowed to download....not fun now I have to delay my POC...

I have the same issue, I get "Your account does not permit you to access the requested content." when I try to download the ISO. I can however download the beta licence and all the docs, which is all well and good but I want to get my hands on the software and try it out!

As this beta only runs until June 10th, doesn't leave much time for us to give it a good test and report any potential issues. Hopefully Citrix can restore the download links soon - if they've found a major issue and pulled the download they should at least let us know.

yes thanks. Also it says the beta ends june 10 does this mean the liscense will stop then as well.

The licenses are good until October 1.

The issue is still there. I have managed to download via the direct links though.
Broken links/access denied from the official download location isn't a good start though...

Thanks for your feedback.

We are looking into the issue. it seems that some people are able to download just fine and some people can't.

We hope to have this resolves as soon as possible.

I was previously having difficulties accessing some of the downloads - notably the base iso - but that appears to be fixed now. Thanks!
